A stunning cocktail that can be prepared in advance and finished with a scoop of your favourite Carte D’Or Ice Cream.
  • 4 scoops of Carte D'or vanilla ice cream (100 g / 200 ml)
  • 200 ml champagne / Prosecco / Cava
  • 12 raspberries
  • 4 fresh raspberries, for decoration
  • 4 small sprigs of mint
  • 1 Place 3 raspberries in the bottom of 4 champagne flutes. Pour the champagne equally between the glasses.
  • 2 Scoop a ball of Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream onto the top of each champagne flute; decorate with a fresh raspberry and a small sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
