This is the perfect mid-week dessert, ready in just 5 minutes. The granola topping gives a lovely crunchy texture.
  • 8 scoops of Carte D’Or Strawberry Ice Cream (260g/400ml)
  • 200g fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 80g crunchy oat granola
  • 1 lime, zest only
  • 1 Place the strawberries into 4 dessert dishes.
  • 2 Scoop 2 balls of Carte D’Or Strawberry Ice Cream on the top of the strawberries in each dish.
  • 3 Serve sprinkled with crunchy oat granola and decorate with lime zest.
