Triple Chocolate Sundaes

A quick dessert that all the family will enjoy and perfect for those who love chocolate.
  • 8 scoops of Carte D’Or Chocolate Inspiration Ice Cream (200g/400ml)
  • 50g white chocolate
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 150ml whipping cream
  • 10g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 Break the white and dark chocolate into separate glass bowls.
  • 2 Heat the cream to boiling point. Pour half the cream onto the dark chocolate and half onto the white chocolate. Stir to melt.
  • 3 Scoop 1 ball of Carte D’Or Chocolate Inspiration Ice Cream into each of 4 sundae glasses.
  • 4 Spoon a large tablespoon of dark chocolate sauce over the ice cream.
  • 5 Top with a second scoop of Carte D’Or Chocolate Inspiration Ice Cream.
  • 6 Pour the white chocolate sauce over the ice cream.
  • 7 Decorate with chopped hazelnuts and serve immediately.
