Coffee and Vanilla Kick
A twist on an ‘Irish Coffee’ served with Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream.

4 scoops of Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream (100g/200ml)
400ml strong black coffee, freshly made
4 tbsp whiskey
4 tsp sugar
Dusting of cocoa powder
Heat the whiskey and sugar in a small pan to dissolve the sugar.
Pour the coffee into 4 serving glasses.
Divide the whiskey mixture between the glasses and stir to combine.
Scoop the Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream into each glass and serve dusted with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
