INGREDIENTS

  • 4 scoops of Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream (100g/200ml)
  • 400ml strong black coffee, freshly made
  • 4 tbsp whiskey
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • Dusting of cocoa powder
  • 1 Heat the whiskey and sugar in a small pan to dissolve the sugar.
  • 2 Pour the coffee into 4 serving glasses.
  • 3 Divide the whiskey mixture between the glasses and stir to combine.
  • 4 Scoop the Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream into each glass and serve dusted with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
