INGREDIENTS

  • 8 mini scoops of Carte D’Or Amaretto and Vanilla Ice Cream (160g)
  • 8 vanilla cupcakes
  • 100g melted chocolate
  • A dusting of icing sugar
  • 1 Slice each cupcake in half.
  • 2 Scoop 8 mini scoops of Carte D’Or Amaretto and Vanilla Ice Cream using a melon baller.
  • 3 Place a scoop of ice cream on each cupcake base. Top with the cupcake top and gently push down to create a sandwich.
  • 4 Drizzle the cupcakes with melted chocolate and dust with icing sugar.
  • 5 Serve the ice cream cupcakes on a cake stand. Serve immediately.
