8 mini scoops of Carte D’Or Amaretto and Vanilla Ice Cream (160g)
8 vanilla cupcakes
100g melted chocolate
A dusting of icing sugar
Slice each cupcake in half.
Scoop 8 mini scoops of Carte D’Or Amaretto and Vanilla Ice Cream using a melon baller.
Place a scoop of ice cream on each cupcake base. Top with the cupcake top and gently push down to create a sandwich.
Drizzle the cupcakes with melted chocolate and dust with icing sugar.
Serve the ice cream cupcakes on a cake stand. Serve immediately.
