Iced Cheesecakes

A delicious but quick cheesecake dessert, which works superbly with Carte D’Or Pecan and Vanilla Ice Cream and a sprinkling of pecan nuts!

  • 6 scoops of Carte D’Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice Cream (150g)
  • 100g biscuits
  • 30g butter
  • 100ml mango coulis
  • 1 Blitz the biscuits in a food processor or blender until crushed.
  • 2 Melt the butter in a small pan or in the microwave. Then mix the biscuits and melted butter together and cool for 15 minutes.
  • 3 Scoop the Carte D’Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice Cream into a bowl and fold in the buttered biscuits, refreeze for 10 minutes.
  • 4 Put the cheesecakes into 4 dessert glasses.
  • 5 Serve drizzled with the mango coulis.
