6 scoops of Carte D’Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice Cream (150g)
100ml mango coulis
Blitz the biscuits in a food processor or blender until crushed.
Melt the butter in a small pan or in the microwave. Then mix the biscuits and melted butter together and cool for 15 minutes.
Scoop the Carte D’Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice Cream into a bowl and fold in the buttered biscuits, refreeze for 10 minutes.
Put the cheesecakes into 4 dessert glasses.
Serve drizzled with the mango coulis.
