4 scoops Carte D'Or Chocolate ice cream
4 (50 grams) rounded pieces chocolate brownie
30 millilitres dark chocolate sauce
4 chocolate decorations of your choice
COOKING METHOD

Drizzle dark chocolate sauce on a plate.

Place the round chocolate brownie pieces in the centre of the plate, on top of the chocolate sauce.

Scoop a rosette of Carte D’Or Chocolate ice cream, and place on top of the brownie.

Top with a chocolate decoration and decorate with crumbled brownie cake pieces.
