  • 4 scoops Carte D'Or Chocolate ice cream
  • 4 (50 grams) rounded pieces chocolate brownie
  • 30 millilitres dark chocolate sauce
  • 4 chocolate decorations of your choice
  • 1 Drizzle dark chocolate sauce on a plate.
  • 2 Place the round chocolate brownie pieces in the centre of the plate, on top of the chocolate sauce.
  • 3 Scoop a rosette of Carte D’Or Chocolate ice cream, and place on top of the brownie.
  • 4 Top with a chocolate decoration and decorate with crumbled brownie cake pieces.
