  • 100 grams shortbread biscuits
  • 300 grams whipping cream
  • 12 scoops Carte D'Or Strawberry Ice Cream
  • 50 grams raspberry sauce
  • 100 grams fresh raspberries
  • 100 grams edible flowers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 To prepare the Chantilly vanilla, whip the cream and vanilla extract together then fill a piping bag and leave to rest in a cool place.
  • 2 Place 3 quenelles of Carte D’Or Strawberry Ice Cream on a Breton shortbread and decorate with small peaks of Chantilly cream. Add fruit and top with the meringues, some raspberry sauce and edible flowers.
