INGREDIENTS

  • 4 scoops Carte D'Or Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 4 small round chocolate cakes
  • 50 millilitres dark chocolate sauce
  • 4 chocolate truffles
  • 50 grams coconut shavings
  • 1 Spread some chocolate sauce on the plate.
  • 2 Place the chocolate cake in the centre of the plate.
  • 3 Scoop a rosette of Carte D’Or Chocolate ice cream and place it on top of the cake.
  • 4 Add the chocolate truffle next to the cake.
  • 5 Decorate the dessert with fresh coconut shavings.
