Mango Lassi

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream (25g/50ml)
  • 2 cardamom pods, seeds only
  • ½ mango, flesh removed
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml natural yoghurt
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 Crush the cardamom pods using a pestle and mortar
  • 2 Blitz all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • 3 Pour Into a chilled serving glass. Serve immediately.
