This is a great drink to be paired with spicy food, or serve al fresco in the summer months.

1 scoop of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream (25g/50ml)
2 cardamom pods, seeds only
½ mango, flesh removed
50 ml milk
50 ml natural yoghurt
5 ice cubes
Crush the cardamom pods using a pestle and mortar
Blitz all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour Into a chilled serving glass. Serve immediately.
