INGREDIENTS

  • 8 scoops of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream (200g/400ml)
  • 100g chunky peanut butter
  • 125ml milk
  • 1 Place the peanut butter and milk into a small pan, gently heat through until melted, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 Scoop 2 balls of Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream and place both into a dessert dish.
  • 3 Drizzle with the melted peanut butter sauce. Serve immediately.
