4 scoops of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream (100g/200ml)
400g frozen forest fruits
25g caster sugar
100g plain flour
50g brown sugar
50g butter, cubed
50g marzipan, diced
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan assisted/ Gas Mark 4.
Mix the frozen fruits and caster sugar in a large pan. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Mix the flour and brown sugar in a large bowl, rub in the butter using your finger tips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Mix in the diced marzipan.
Pour the fruit mix into a medium sized oven proof dish.
Spread the crumble topping over the fruit and bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Scoop a generous ball of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream and serve.
