Refreshing Papaya and Vanilla Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 scoops Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream (100g/200ml)
  • 2 small papayas
  • 2 limes
  • 4 tsp chopped roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 Slice each papaya in half and remove the seeds.
  • 2 Squeeze the juice of half a lime over each papaya half.
  • 3 Scoop a ball of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream in to each papaya half.
  • 4 Sprinkle with the chopped roasted hazelnuts.
  • 5 Serve immediately.
