Delicious and refreshing papaya filled with Carte D'Or.
Refreshing Papaya and Vanilla Ice Cream

4 scoops Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream (100g/200ml)
2 small papayas
4 tsp chopped roasted hazelnuts
Slice each papaya in half and remove the seeds.
Squeeze the juice of half a lime over each papaya half.
Scoop a ball of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream in to each papaya half.
Sprinkle with the chopped roasted hazelnuts.
