INGREDIENTS
4 scoops of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream (100g/200ml)
4 ripe nectarines
8 tsp brandy or peach brandy
15g pistachio nuts, chopped
COOKING METHOD

Halve the fresh nectarines and remove the stone, cut each half into 3 chunky slices. Place on a small serving plate.

Drizzle over the brandy.

Scoop the Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream and place on top of the nectarine slices.

Serve sprinkled with the chopped pistachio nuts.
