Simple Nectarine Slices

  • 4 scoops of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream (100g/200ml)
  • 4 ripe nectarines
  • 8 tsp brandy or peach brandy
  • 15g pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 1 Halve the fresh nectarines and remove the stone, cut each half into 3 chunky slices. Place on a small serving plate.
  • 2 Drizzle over the brandy.
  • 3 Scoop the Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream and place on top of the nectarine slices.
  • 4 Serve sprinkled with the chopped pistachio nuts.
