Strawberry Crunch

A simple dessert with lots of flavour and texture and easily adapted with your favourite Carte D’Or ice cream, or whichever you have in the freezer.

  • 8 scoops of Carte D'Or Strawberry Ice Cream (260g/400ml)
  • 400g strawberries, hulled
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 8 large almond or nut biscuits, crushed
  • 4 small sprigs of rosemary
  • 4 strawberries, fanned
  • 1 Crush the 400g strawberries in a bowl using a fork, adding the caster sugar to make them syrupy.
  • 2 Divide 1/2 the crushed strawberry mix between 4 glasses and top with the crushed biscuits.
  • 3 Top each dessert with 2 scoops of Carte D'Or Strawberry Ice Cream.
  • 4 Serve with the remaining strawberry mix poured over the top and decorate each with a fanned strawberry and a sprig of rosemary.
