8 scoops of Carte D’Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice Cream (224g/400ml)
4 bananas, peeled and sliced lengthways
100g brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
A sprinkling of cinnamon
Heat the butter, brown sugar, honey and cinnamon in a large frying pan until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.
Boil the sauce and add the bananas and rum. Reduce the heat and allow the bananas to heat through without breaking.
Serve two slices of banana per person onto warmed plates.
Scoop 2 scoops of Carte D’Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice Cream per person, place on top of the bananas, and drizzle with extra sauce.
Decorate with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
