INGREDIENTS

  • 8 scoops of Carte D’Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice Cream (224g/400ml)
  • 4 bananas, peeled and sliced lengthways
  • 100g butter
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 100g honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 25ml rum
  • A sprinkling of cinnamon
  • 1 Heat the butter, brown sugar, honey and cinnamon in a large frying pan until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.
  • 2 Boil the sauce and add the bananas and rum. Reduce the heat and allow the bananas to heat through without breaking.
  • 3 Serve two slices of banana per person onto warmed plates.
  • 4 Scoop 2 scoops of Carte D’Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice Cream per person, place on top of the bananas, and drizzle with extra sauce.
  • 5 Decorate with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
