This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 16 or over except employees of the Promoter and Data Controller, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

The opening date for entries is 09:30 GMT on 01/06/2024, and the closing date for receipt of entries is 09:30 GMT 01/08/2024.
The promotion is limited to one entry per email address & phone number. No entrant may win more than one prize.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged, or delayed because of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
There will be fifty winners. Each winner will win 24 coupons by SMS to purchase single serve of any of the following products:
-Twister Pineapple
-Cornetto Classic
-Solero Exotic
-Calippo Orange
Each coupon is worth £2 and can only be redeemed in participating Tesco express stores.
*A year’s supply counts as 24 single ice creams
Products included are subject to stock/availability.
The prize Is non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable and there will be no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.
The winners will be selected at random at the end of the competition, using a random name generator of individuals who have submitted valid entries received on or before the closing date. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be automatically notified by email from a Promotigo email declaring they will receive an SMS with the coupons within 10 days of the closing date. After this period, the winners will be contacted by SMS from Walls within 20 working days. The winners must redeem their coupon by clicking on the link in the SMS, when they will be presented with a QR code, and this can be shown at any participating Tesco Express stores. They entrants will have 1 year to claim this prize, the closing date to claim is the 31/07/2025. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will expire by the closing date, and the entrant will not be able to claim their prize.
The winners’ details (name and country) may be made available on request to those writing to Wall’s, Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames, United Kingdom, KT1 2BA, within 10 weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.
By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues
