CARTE D’OR CHRISTMAS PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over who: (a) have a smartphone; (b) valid email address; and (c) internet access.

2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 GMT on 17th November 2025 and closes at 23:59 BST on 31st December 2025. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion and will be void.

How to Enter

4. Entry is via visiting the URL at https://www.wallsicecream.com/uk/our-brands/carte-d-or/win-a-private-chef-experience.html. Entrants must complete the entry form within the Promotional Period.

5. To complete the entry form, you must provide the following information:

a.     First name;
b.     Last name; 
c.     Email address; and
d.     Phone number

6. Submit your entry by clicking the ‘ENTER’ button to be in with a chance to win the Prize (details below) via a prize draw.

Entry Requirements

7. The promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are limited to one person and household.

8. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

9. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

10. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

11. Prizes:

There are 11 prizes available to be won:

a.     1 x Dinner at Home with a Private Chef (for up to 10 guests) ‘Top Prize’. This consist of:

a.     A personalised dining experience where the winner chooses their preferred cuisine, from classic European to vibrant Asian or fresh Mediterranean.

b.     Package includes the chef’s time, travel, ingredients, full service, and kitchen cleanup.

c.     Please note, premium ingredients such as foie gras, caviar, lobster, certain cuts of beef, and truffles would incur extra charges payable by the winner if selected

d.     Winners will have the opportunity to select a date for redemption within 12 months from the date of initial contact. Selected dates are subject to availability and must exclude all UK Bank Holidays, 17th December 2025 – 2nd January 2025, and Easter periods.

b.     10x £4 Product eVouchers for 12 months ‘Voucher Prize’

12. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.

13. Winners Selection: The winner will be selected at random using a random name generator of individuals who have submitted valid entries received on or before the closing date. The first winner drawn will receive the Top Prize, and the next 10 winners drawn will each receive a Voucher Prize.

14. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment: The Prize Draw will take place within 7 days of the Promotion close date. The winners will be notified by email to the email address submitted upon entry within 2 days of the prize draw. The winner of the Voucher Prize will receive their prize in this email notification. The winner of the Top Prize will have 7 days to respond by return email with their prize acceptance and mobile number for prize fulfilment.

If the Top Prize winner does not respond to the initial email notification within 7 days, their prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner, selected at the same time as the initial winner, will be contacted. Upon receipt of a prize acceptance and mobile number, the winner will be contacted via a telephone call within 5 days to arrange fulfilment of their Prize.

16.  If you are selected as a winner and TMICC receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, TMICC will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.

17. The winner’s(s’) details initials of first and last name may be made available on request by emailing ukicare@unilever.com within 2 weeks of the closing date.

General Terms

18. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.

19. The Promoter, TMICC, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.  

20. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. 21. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
