Wall’s x Crocs Competition
1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must obtain their employer’s consent to enter.
2. To enter, visit Wall’s Ice Cream UK Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/wallsicecream?igsh=MWR3MnV3aDI1anB1 & follow the account, like the competition post, and tag one friend for a chance to win
3. There will be 5 winners. Each winner will receive 1 pair of Crocs, and 3 Wall’s Jibbitz. The shoe sizes available to win are 1x women’s size 6, 1x women’s size 8, 2x men’s size 9 and 1x men’s size 10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
4. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid Instagram account and email address are required.
5. The opening date for entries is 10:00am BST on 12/07/2026 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 11:59 BST on 19/07/2026.
6. The promotion is limited to one entry per Instagram account. No entrant may win more than one prize.
7. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
8. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
9. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
10. There will be 5 winners who will be selected at random from all entries. The winner will receive 1 pair of Crocs, and 3 Wall’s Jibbitz. The shoe sizes available to win are 1x women’s size 6, 1x women’s size 8, 2x men’s size 9 and 1x men’s size 10.
11. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The winners will be selected on 22nd July 2026 (“Winner Selection”). The first five entries drawn at random will win the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winners will be notified by message from the Wall’s Ice Cream UK Instagram Account (@wallsicecream) within 2 days of the winner Selection. The winners must claim their prize by responding to the message confirming their full name and address within 3 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
13. The winners’ details (being the first letter of their Instagram username) may be made available on request for up to 10 weeks after the Closing Date. Requests should be submitted via the contact form at https://corporate.magnumicecream.com/en/contact-us.html, quoting “Walls x Crocs competition”.
If you are a winner and object to your information being made available, please notify the Promoter by submitting a request via the above contact form no later than 48 hours after being informed that you have won the competition.
Please note that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose winner information to the UK and/or ROI Advertising Standards Authority (or any other competent regulatory authority) where required to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
14. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://corporate.magnumicecream.com/en/notices/privacy/united-kingdom-english.html All entry instructions form part of the rules.
15. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
