WALL’S X UBER EATS 2025 COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter: Magnum Ice Cream Company UK Limited, Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames, United Kingdom, KT1 2BA. The Promoter is responsible for administering the scan-to-win element of the Promotion and for conducting the instant wins. Uber Eats is not the provider of the prize but is a partner working in collaboration with Wall’s to promote the campaign.

2. Eligibility:

This Promotion is open to GB (England, Wales and Scotland) residents aged 18 years or over who: (a) have a smartphone; (b) internet access

The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion, including without limitation, advertising agencies, PR, prize suppliers and legal advisors. In these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse members of such employees or of anyone with whom such employees are domiciled.

3. Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 GMT on 8^th September 2025 and closes at 23:59 BST on 6^th October 2025. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion and will be void.

4. To enter:

a. Visit the competition page on the Wall’s website and complete the sign-up form at https://www.wallsicecream.com/uk/walls-x-uber-eats-competition.html . Entrants can also access the page by clicking the Ad on UberEats.

b. To complete the sign-up form, you must provide the following information:

●      First name;

●      Last name; and

●      Email address

c. Submit your entry by clicking the ‘Enter Now’ button to be in with a chance to win the Prize (details below) via a prize draw at the end of the Promotional Period.

5. One entry per email address only. If an entrant attempts to enter using multiple identities or submits entries with the same email address more than once, they will be disqualified, and any prize won will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

6. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple email addresses; using multiple postal addresses; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that entrant's or a household’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants and their household will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

7. Illegible, incorrect and/or incomplete Entries will not be accepted or eligible to win the prize(s). No responsibility can be accepted for Entries that are illegible, incorrect, incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

8. We reserve the right to verify each winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address, and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right in our sole and reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant who: (a) we have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; and/or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. We also reserve our legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.

9. There will be 20 winners. Each winner will win:

1. 1 x Branded Wall’s T-shirt
2. 1 x Branded Wall’s cap
3. 1 x Branded Wall’s water bottle
4. 1 x Branded Wall’s tote bag
5. 1 x Branded Wall’s Notepad

10. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary.

12. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random using a random name generator of individuals who have submitted valid entries received on or before the closing date. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

13. Winner Notification & Prize fulfilment: The Prize Draw will take place within 2 days of the Promotion close date. The winner will be notified by email to the email address inputted upon entry within 2 days of the prize draw. The winner will have 5 working days to respond back with their prize acceptance.

14. If the winner does not respond to the initial email notification within 5 days their prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner, selected at the same time as the initial winner, will be contacted. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

15. Upon receipt of a valid claim, the winner will be contacted via a email to arrange fulfilment of their Prize. The winner will be required to confirm: first name, last name, email address, delivery address and any other necessary information for fulfilment purposes.

16. If, after 3 (three) attempts and within 3 (three) days of the initial email, we have not successfully contacted the winner, or if the winner has been unavailable, the prize will be forfeited and may be reallocated to a reserve winner.

17. If you are selected as a winner and the Promoter receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, the Promoter will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share your first and last name directly with them. 

18. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. In addition, by entering the competition, the entrants consent to the Promotor sharing the winners’ details with a third-party agency for the purpose of facilitating this promotion. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://corporate.magnumicecream.com/en/notices/privacy/united-kingdom-english.html All entry instructions form part of the rules.

19. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
