Baileys Banana Chocolate Cocktail
- 1 banana
- 8 scoops Carte D'Or Baileys Ice Cream Dessert
- 180 ml cold fresh milk
- 90 ml chocolate sauce
- Melted dark chocolate or chocolate sauce
- Finely crushed hazelnuts
How to make
Dip the rim of 4 cocktail glasses into chocolate sauce and then into the crushed hazelnuts.
Cut the banana and put into a blender.
Add the scoops of Carte D'Or Baileys ice cream, milk and chocolate sauce.
Blend until smooth. You can add a bit more milk or chocolate sauce if needed.
Divide the cocktail among the 4 glasses and serve.
